Resilience

Resilience is the ability to see crises and setbacks as opportunities for your own development. It is also referred to as psychological robustness. The opposite of resilience is vulnerability.

In training you’ll get to know both exterior and interior sources of stress and how to raise your own resilience. In practical exercises you’ll explore flow experiences in which you are neither over- nor undertaxed. Staged work can be a safe means for trying out new roles and discarding the old. In roleplays you’ll become familiar with your own, alternative ways of reacting and how to assess your sources of abilities and strength. Techniques used in improvisational theatre will enable you to say yes, give up control, and overcome perfectionism.

“It’s not about the right thing happening. It`s about seeing what actually happens.”

(Franz Kasperski)
