Human communication goes beyond the words we say – it is the dynamic and complex product of human interaction. All of us carry a world within ourselves consisting of models, emotions, and conscious as well as subconscious elements. In the words of psychologist Paul Watzlawik, “you cannot not communicate. ” Frequently, this will lead to misunderstandings and errors in communication.

My training will teach you the fundamentals of successful communication. Practical exercises will train your recognition of non-verbal signals. You’ll get to know strategies that will enable positive communication even under difficult circumstances. You’ll discover how to understand the needs and standpoints of the people you work with better and learn how to send clear and targeted messages.
